Chocolate Truffles
These Chocolate Truffles are so good! Here I’ve made three different flavours, all from the same base:
1: Chocolate Truffles, rolled in chopped nuts and cocoa. (My kids’ favourite)
2: Coffee Truffles, rolled in chocolate sprinkles. (My fave)
3: Boozy Truffles – Chocolate and Limoncello, rolled in coconut. (Everyone’s favourite at a party!)
You need some plain cake as the base – either buy a cheap plain sponge from the supermarket, or make extra next time you’re baking. (Or if you ever burn a cake, this a perfect way to salvage the middle part!!)
Makes approx 36 truffles. Give it a try!
