Caramel Chocolate Mug Cake
This gooey moist Caramel Chocolate Mug Cake takes less than 5 minutes to make!
The recipe is dangerously easy, egg-free, and tastes sooo good…
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa powder.
- Add milk and oil. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour into a mug. Drop in a couple of pieces of caramel chocolate.
- Microwave for 80 seconds on high (check after 60 seconds).
